New Teacher Grant Application

The New Teacher Grant is intended to help new teachers set up their classrooms or otherwise prepare to teach at the new school site. It is a one-time grant in addition to the regular grant rounds offered to all eligible teachers twice per year.

Please cash checks promptly upon receipt and submit a post project report by the end of the term. The post project report asks for scanned receipts and a short description of how the funds were used.

To maintain our tax-exempt status EPAK is required to keep records of your relationship to EPAK board members, officers or donors.

Submit a post-project report along with scans of original receipts by December 15 (Fall) or June 15 (Spring).
Return unused funds to EPAK.
Leave any books, equipment, and materials purchased with these funds with my school or institution if I leave so that the children will continue to have the benefit of this grant.
Not apply for additional grants until all post-project reports have been approved.
I have read the grant parameters on the EPAK website and agree to abide by them when I apply for fall and spring grants.
