Field trip to the Hall of Justice and Stanford
My 8th and 7th grade students in the Young Interpreters class benefited from the grant in several ways, but specifically by observing, listening and learning from the interpreters at Stanford Hospital and at the Hall of Justice in San Jose. These experiences educated them in how to use their bilingual abilities to succeed in school and college. All the students, parents, and myself are very grateful for your monetary support that makes possible these educational field trips.

Scholastic books are tight!
Dear East Palo Alto Kids Foundation,
Thank you for the Scholastic books. My favorite book is Milk Mustache Mania. This book is the coolest. Those Scholastic books are tight! I read Milk Mustache Mania during silent reading or when we have free time. This book could be one of our top books. I like this book because it’s kind of funny.
